Since our childhood we are being informed that Hardwork is the only Key of success, but If only the hardwork is the key to success that the labourer who does the hardwork at the most should get most of the success, So we can say that hardwork is one of the key to success. Then we had seen many people cursing their luck for getting the success, if only luck is responsible for getting success or not getting success, then why not we all should do hardwork for improving the luck by doing good deeds. We all know and believe that Good Deeds comes back to us with something good happening to us. It increase the level of something good which may happen with us or it may reduce the level of bad thing may happen to us. Alongwith the hardwork, we should be dedicated for good deeds also like, helping poors and needy people, organising social events like Health Camps, Blood Donation Camps, Arranging food, books, and sometime fees for the needy and deserving people etc. And onething is sure that, Good Deeds will never betray us, and give some good results, which is uncertain in the case of hardwork.

Importance of Giving One day a old man was planting a Mango tree in the public garden, another man watching all this surprising asked the old man, Sir, what are you doing?? Sowing a Mango Tree, Do you really think that you will be getting the benefit of the fruits which will take years to come, The old man replied, No, I am just doing it for the next generation and paying thanks to my earlier generation who planted trees not for them but for my generation. Everyone should understand the Importance of the Giving and making plans for the next generation, because whatever present generation is getting is the results of the efforts of the previous generation, if the present generation will just follow the trend / tradition adopted by the seniors, probably they are not contributing for the development of future of the Society.

Recently I got one message on my mobile that, we should be grateful to the God for whatever we are getting, which was carrying few examples justifying the same like Many people are equally qualified, but few gets better jobs, many people are driving on the same road, but few met accidents, many students are studying in the same college/class, but few gets good jobs and other are struggling for jobs etc.etc. It gave good thought that In our Professional as well as in Personal Life, we started thinking that, we are doing something, but actually everything happened, because it was already decided to happened like that only. Many parents are saying to their kids, that parents are working so hard for the future of the kids, but actually it is the destiny of the kids, because of which they are getting whatever is being arranged by their Parents, otherwise Parents always try to give the best to their children, and if it is in hands of Parents to give anything to their child, none of the child in the world would have deprived of anything. Sameway Employer thinks that he is giving Employment or Salary to his employees, but actually it is the fate of both Employer and Employee which is working in the organisation, if employees doesn’t works, that how the business organisation can be runned. So every where, fate of the receiver is also equally or even more important then the fate of the giver, because Giver will always gets ready to give anything or everything, but it is the fate of receiver, how much he is getting.

Political Announcement of Political Parties Today Morning when Newspaper came in my hand, and I read the news of giving Rs.72000/- to poor people, I was surprised and disappointed, for the fact that where we are heading, and where we are driving our new Generation and Present Population, Instead of giving them resources and sources for earning respectable money, with joyful employment, we are making them habitual of begging………. Where we will go with this type of mentality……. I am not a all against the feelings of Poors, but I am sure No one with Self Respect will accept, such things, instead, go for better employment opportunity. Out Country is having one of the largest consumer base, where every consumables goods is having a big market….. I think all the Political Parties and Leaders, should think on this also…………

Service to Nation Once the son of Business tycoon said, “Dad: I dont want to do business, instead I want to Serve the Nation and I want to Build Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Orphanage, Old Age Homes, so that I can arrange the facility of Good Education, Good Health, and Shelter to Needy persons.” The Business Tycoon liked the idea, but he said, “Son: Its really very nice, and I am proud of you that you are thinking so much for the Society and Nation, and there will not be any other good way then this to deploy our wealth and help the needy persons, but this way you will create the Bad habit of begging amongst the public and people will always look for everything Free of Cost. Instead of Giving everything free, Start a New business which create lots of Employment Opportunities, and by giving them Employment and Hard earned money, help them to live with self respect and create there Self Confidence, which will help them for whole life. Instead of giving Free Food, Clothes, Shelter, Education and Health Services, give them  opportunity to earn and spend on the necessities with their own money. Dont Create Beggers, but Create Responsible Citizen. The objective of this New Company will not be earning profit But to Give Employment and Opportunities.” The Son understood the vision of Father and running a good company and generated lots of Employment. Can we also start something like this……

Cricket and Life Cricket Fever Goes on. England Won the World Cup. Few Things Learnt from the Cricket World Cup-2019: 1. You must be very good in everything, required to lead and get success in life, still there are something called luck, you have to believe (As the Whole Indian Team is in Good Form and was showing Good Team Work). 2. When Life is Pressing or hitting, you need to learn to survive and be on defensive mode, Aggressive mode is not always helpful. (Like in Semi-Final Match, India Lost early wickets even when they are chasing small target). 3. Life should move on, may be slow (Like Strike rotation was essential in the mid over after losing wickets), otherwise liabilities will create more pressure and in that unnecessary pressure, you will be broken, and not able to stand again. 4. Sometime to get stability and firmness, we get over conscious and get more defensive, which actually not required, So Moves on. 5. In your team you should have perfect mixture of defensive and aggressive people. 6. We cant be good to everyone and every situation….. So accept that. 7. In Big Platform, sometime our over consciousness takes us in difficult situation, which otherwise not required. Like in Final, when England was chasing a Small Target, and doing good, keeping wicket, but at the sametime was over conscious, which brought them in difficult situation like Super Over. So, We have to take the life as it is……Hit big Strokes, whenever get opportunity…..Be Defensive whenever it is required……And Be Happy …. Whatever be the situation….

Tax Terrorism or Economic Disclipline Tax Terrorism, a New word in discussion after the suspected death of Mr. Siddhartha, Owner of CCD since last 2-3 days. Is it really Tax Terrorism ??? I had seen many literate person and having big business idea and implementation skills but they are Financial Illiterate and not very good in taking Financial Decisions for the business and sometime get trapped in wrong decisions and get it trouble. But Government should also be little lenient while taking decision for such innocent Economic culprits, who actually are not willfull defaulters of Economic laws, but done it by mistake.At the sametime Government should be strict enough, for teaching and maintaining discipline amongst the Businessmen, otherwise Business Community will take it for Granted. If Government will start taking Harsh/Tough Decisions, people will get afraid from starting new business and generating Employment and growing the Economy of the country to the new level. Businessmen should not feel like Criminal, which Business Community started feeling nowadays. Infact, Government should come up with the policies, where Business community will be partner with Government for the Economic and Social Development of the Country, Like instead of  Giving Subsidies, reduce the tax rates and encourage businessmen to Generate more employment. If any businessmen is generating employment of 100 person or more, the tax slab get reduced by 5 % and so on…If he is maintaining Social Hospital, School or College, then the Tax Rate get reduced by 5%-10% and so on…. and that too for the life time of the Company till the time they are maintaining such social organisation. So, in all there should be some rewards for the good work done by the businessmen and obviously punishment for wrong doers like charging extra tax rate for life time by 5%- 10% even for next generation of family, and No parents wants to pass on the penalties to the next generation…. So this way we can boost the economy, by Boosting and Encouraging our Businessmen and creating more business for new ones.

Chandrayaan -2 It’s really a very Emotional Moment for our country. Today on FM Radio, I heard that RJ was asking “How are you feeling now?”, my reply is I think, we can’t have any feeling for such a great thing done by our country, We can only make ourselves feel proud for what we did at such big International Platform. Only those who had done something big and Extraordinary in their life can feel this moment because it’s not easy to digest such a happening after the hard work of many years. We should Salute to our Scientists and ISRO for making every Indian Proud, and at the same time also inspired us to make more efforts in life. It is applicable not only in Space Research but also in our day to day life. If every Indian takes his business/profession/ Assignment as Charayaan-2 Project and gives all his efforts for the successful completion of the same, I think we will be having many new businesses/ concept / academic development and many new things for our country every month. So we should feel proud and try to develop something new and big in our own field.

Better Tomorrow  Today when everyone is talking about Recession Slack/downfall in the economy, Our Government is making and preparing us for better tomorrow. I remember when Japan was totally devastated by Americans, the Japanese decided to take revenge by becoming better than America in everything, be it Infrastructure, employment, development, industrialization and what not….. Instead of thinking negatively, we all should start thinking differently and should try to find out new opportunities that can help our economy to grow. When we are in difficult stage, it is even easier for us to take a risk and explore new things, as we have a low risk of losing anything.  If every one of us will take one small step for the Economy, for the country… We will have New India in the next 5 years. Don’t just take Efforts for the survival of Business, but also try to take the business to newer heights, by taking advantage of the slow economy.  Together we can….

Slow Down in Economy, Sick Unit and Mentality Happy Diwali, Nowadays, Slow Down in Economy is a Buzz word for everyone. Everyone is busy talking about the correction required in the Economy by the Government. Every Businessman is now behaving more like an Economist then a Businessman. Sick Units are increasing day by day. If we look deep on the reasons of all such slow down and units getting sick, we will able to realize and see some wrong decisions taken around 1-2-3 years back, when the business cycle was very good. With the help of analysis we can confidently say that business/turnover of all the business is growing, the lessor profitability/loss is because of an increase in expenditure, and an increase in expenditure is visible everywhere, in business houses and as well as in domestic front. Most of the units are not getting sick because of the dearth of business or falling in turnover, but because of increased expenditure. Evolution and changes made by the Government for the improvement of the Economy will not be helpful unless we change our mindset and start thinking positively. When the economy gets slow down, there are more opportunities to earn and grow, because some non-serious players are out of the industry. So we need to think positively and develop our own means to grow our business then being dependent on the Government because we know our business better than people sitting in Government who never did our business practically. Businessmen of our country are capable enough of bringing back the Economy in a better stage.
